The promise

No choosing. No missing out.

Two cohorts move through three paired rotations. Every workshop is repeated once, so every attendee receives all six experiences and leaves with an individual plan for their own church.

One rhythm for every lab Principle · live demo · guided action · next step

Six practical pathways

Biblical truth.
Useful work.

Each workshop begins with a biblical picture, then turns it into one action a church can use immediately.

01

Luke 15:8–10 · The Lost Coin

Be Found

Your Church’s Digital Front Door

Make sure a person searching for help, hope or a nearby church can actually find accurate information.

  • Audit Google, maps and social profiles
  • Correct names, times and contact details
  • Create a simple weekly update habit

Leave with a completed findability audit

02

Exodus 4:2 · What is in your hand?

Phone First

Capture Content People Can Hear and See

Use the phone you already have to record cleaner sound, steadier video and more useful photographs.

  • Choose light, framing and orientation
  • Improve sound without costly equipment
  • Capture for several formats at once

Leave with a usable 30-second story

03

John 6:12 · Gather the fragments

One Message Seven Pieces

Responsible AI and Content Repurposing

Turn one sermon, announcement or testimony into seven useful pieces without losing truth, tone or trust.

  • Find the one clear message
  • Adapt it for web, social and WhatsApp
  • Use AI as an assistant, never the authority

Leave with a seven-piece content map

04

Habakkuk 2:2 · Write the vision and make it plain

Brand It Right

A Recognisable Adventist Identity

Apply the church’s identity system so every bulletin, poster and profile feels clear, connected and credible.

  • Use names and entity identifiers correctly
  • Work with the symbol and Creation Grid
  • Know what to keep, move and remove

Leave with a corrected church example

05

1 Corinthians 12 · Many parts, one body

Small Team Strong System

Build a Ministry That Outlives One Person

Create clear roles, shared access and a weekly flow that works even when people are busy or volunteers change.

  • Assign owner, maker, checker and responder
  • Protect accounts and organise files
  • Build a repeatable request-to-publish flow

Leave with a one-page team system

06

John 1:46 · Come and see

From Views to Visits

Turn Attention into Welcome

Connect public content and WhatsApp follow-up so an online response can become a safe, warm next step.

  • Design one clear invitation
  • Reply warmly, quickly and appropriately
  • Move from chat to community with consent

Leave with a follow-up pathway and replies

Ask the communication guide

Ask plainly. Get a direct answer.

Answers distinguish official identity rules from NCSA standards and practical advice. If the guide cannot answer confidently, it will say so.

Before you publish

The CLEAR check.

A five-part pause for bulletins, posters, social posts, videos, announcements and WhatsApp messages.

  1. C

    Clear

One purpose, one audience and one obvious next step.

  2. L

    Logo and layout

Use the official symbol, protect clear space and respect the Creation Grid.

  3. E

    Entity name

Use the full name or “Adventist Church”—not “SDA Church” in normal public communication.

  4. A

    Accurate, accessible, approved

Check facts, dates, spelling, contrast, captions and the responsible approver.

  5. R

    Rights and respect

Use content lawfully; obtain permission and protect children, privacy and dignity.

NAME

Say who we are.

Use Filadelfia Adventist Church

Avoid Filadelfia SDA Church

TYPE

Set the identifier correctly.

Use Advent Sans for newly created entity identifiers. Supporting typefaces may be used for headings and body copy.

SYMBOL

Keep it recognisable.

Use the official artwork in one solid colour. Do not redraw, stretch, crop, decorate or fuse it into another mark.

GRID

Make the seventh different.

Communicate in the first six columns. Set the seventh—Sabbath—column apart. Only the Adventist symbol may sit there as a non-background element.

Identity guidance is summarised from the official Seventh-day Adventist Identity Guideline System. Local applications should be reviewed by the Northern Conference Communications Department.
